CEF is an evangelical, international and independent mission whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to disciple them in the Word of God and in the local church for Christian living.

CEF is committed to using every God honoring means to evangelize boys and girls.

CEF is committed to encouraging discipleship ministries whenever evangelism takes place.

CEF is committed to conducting its ministries in cooperation with local churches or, working in cooperation with others to see them established.

CEF is committed to the plan of our founder, Mr. Overholtzer, in 1937 :
