The Lord has blessed CEF Malaysia with a wonderful support
team, without which the ministry would not have grown to be what it is today.
BOARD MEMBERS
Thank God for Mr. Ng See Yen, Chairman of CEF Board. Mr. Ng has been on the Board since 1996 and
has contributed much in the ministry. He
and his wife have been very supportive in all CEF projects.
Mr. Hoo Yew Wing our other Board member, has also faithfully
served in the Board since 1995. Mr. Hoo is an active Board member who is ever
willing to help in the ministry among the Chinese speaking children. He and his wife have been very supportive in
the ministry.
CHURCHES
We thank God for the partnership of the local churches to
reach the children in our land with the Gospel.
What CEF is today is because of the strong support from the local
churches. Many of the churches have
given generously toward our ministry and building fund. They have been our prayer pillars. We look forward to their continual
partnership in this ministry to the children of Malaysia.
VOLUNTEERS
A lot of the teachers who have gone through
CEF training
have been faithful and generous in supporting the ministry. They are also our core group of volunteers
who have helped to keep the ministry going inspite of the lack of workers. We thank God for each one of them who has
contributed in so many different ways and has been such a blessing to us in
CEF.
There is a special group of people to whom we give our
appreciation, I call them the CEF Senior Citizen Friends (SCF). We are grateful to them. They formed a high percentage of our prayer
partners, supporters and volunteers. We
had the privilege of the support of two former bishops and a senior pastor who
kept in touch until the Lord called them home.
We are also privileged to have a group of CEF SCF praying for us in Canada and a group of retired missionaries
praying for us in America. And nearer home we have a group of CEF SCF
who is ever ready to come to the office to help when there is an SOS call.
